For almost a decade, Chelsey Mikimotohas been an active force in Melbourne's entertainment community. One of the city's most hardworking female illusionists, Chelsey feels quite at home sharing her love of performing and entertaining audiences from all walks of life.

Chelsey began to actively pursue her love of drama by taking up modelling. After years of travelling and successful commercial modelling work, she discovered a new love as an entertainer, belting out lip sync numbers every week at Melbourne's Opium Den. 

A dream was born.

Armed with music tracks, new costumes and dance routines, Chelsey quickly dug her heels into Melbourne's entertainment scene, wowing audiences at every size of venue imaginable in Australia. Outside Australia, Chelsey brought her unique brand of entertainment to major corporations, businesses and organisations in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Shanghai - delighting crowds with numbers performed in Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Hindi!

Based on her stellar international success, in 2006 Chelsey launched Oriental Express, a roadshow featuring the best of Asian drag to rural audiences in Melbourne. Chelsey is part of a new generation of international female impersonators who continually break boundaries and set new standards.

And it doesn't stop there!

In 2007, Chelsey wrote, produced and directed Divas of Asia, a drag cabaret show for Melbourne audiences that featured the best of Asia's songbirds.
